About Us

The Emerson Law team consists of Sandy Emerson, Matt Swenson, and Jacqueline Barnes. Both attorneys graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Jacqueline, who holds a bachelor's degree in English from Taylor University in addition to a degree in the culinary arts, brings a unique perspective to our firm's daily operations. Remaining always in our hearts is our beloved senior staff dog, Kirby, who served for years as our dedicated "head of security" and brought immeasurable warmth and joy to our office environment.
