CONTACTING US FOR AN APPOINTMENT
The firm offers in-office consultations for a non-refundable consultation fee of $150.00. To schedule a confidential consultation, please fill out the contact form to the left or give our office a call at (708) 660-9190. Your consultation will typically last one hour; longer consultations are available for an additional fee.

We request that potential clients fill out the appropriate questionnaire in advance so that we may review it prior to your appointment. ​Questionnaires must be completed, or your consultation will have to be rescheduled. ​At the conclusion of our meeting, we will discuss the representation process with you and, if appropriate and desired, will also provide you with the suitable representation agreement and review it with you. You may, and in fact are encouraged to, take the agreement home with you to review it at your leisure. There is absolutely no obligation to retain us at your initial consultation.

LEGAL REPRESENTATION
Although all communications with the Firm will be held in confidence unless otherwise prohibited by law, an attorney-client relationship is not created by virtue of any communication with us, whether by e-mail, through our contact form, by telephone, or in person. An individual becomes a client and the attorney-client relationship is formed only upon the Firm’s receipt and signature of the signed representation agreement and payment of the applicable legal fees pursuant to the agreement.
ATTORNEY AVAILABILITY -- BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Our clients' matters are very important to us. In order to serve clients in the most efficient manner possible, the attorneys do their best to avoid interruptions while working on client matters. Therefore, to ensure that our clients receive the undivided attention they deserve, our lawyers typically take phone calls and visits by appointment only. Phone messages and emails are returned in order of urgency, so please be patient. Also, please note that trial and litigation matters always involve important deadlines and will normally take precedence over negotiations or other matters. If you call or email us, the attorneys or the office staff will return your message at the earliest opportunity.
DIRECTIONS/PARKING INFORMATION
Our office is easily accessed from the I-290 expressway. From the Austin exit, take Austin north to South Boulevard and turn left. Proceed to Oak Park Avenue and turn right. After crossing under the el tracks, take a right on North Boulevard. The Avenue Parking Garage, which is directly behind the building's back entrance, will be on your left.
The address for the Avenue Parking Garage (pictured to the left) is 720 North Boulevard, Oak Park. The first hour of parking is free. Metered street parking is also available.
If you are using public transportation, our office is just north of the Green Line's Oak Park stop, which is at the corner of South Boulevard and Oak Park Avenue.
